Software

For the installation of testeval the MATLAB ® Component Runtime (MCR) is required. The MCR allows the execution of programs which have been created with the MATLAB ® - Compiler. If MATLAB ® Release 14 Service Pack 2 is already installed on your System the installation of the MCR is not required.

The MCR ist part of the testeval distribution and is free of charge, MATLAB ® itself is not required to run testeval.

Developers who want to create their own user functions for testeval need MATLAB ® to debug and compile their user functions in source code. To run a compiled user function within testeval no MATLAB ® licence is required. User functions may be freely distributed.
